Wakodahatchee Wetlands is a bird’s paradise.
It has an extension of 50 acres with a 3/4 mile boardwalk over marshy waters, being able to observe small islands of bushes which are used by different species of birds to make their nests and rest. It is fascinating to see so closely how they make their nests, how they defend their territory, how their babies feed, in short, what the habitat of the birds is like. We can also appreciate: turtles, alligators, rabbits, frogs and raccoons. Many of my favorite photos have come from this place, which has helped me to practice different photographic techniques.
